Saddlebags don't stand a chance with the CoolSmooth Pro attachment! A new CoolSculpting handpiece called the CoolSmooth is now available for treating the stubborn fat of the outer thighs. There is no suction with this handpiece which makes it different from the traditional CoolSculpting handpiece. This reduces the possibility of bruising and tenderness. However, it is a two and a half hour procedure, 75 minutes for each thigh and some individuals will need to repeat this treatment a second time, depending on the amount of fat present. Results can take 2 to 3 months to show.
